We’re looking for a day-of coordinator. Do you have a package where you just show up on wedding day and make sure everything goes perfectly? It’ll be super easy, we promise!
We take a lot of pride in the way we manage a wedding day, and the reason we are able to execute your decor vision, serve as the vendor team lead, stay calm, and problem solve in the moment is that our team has spent hours preparing. Our Wedding Management package is our minimum offering because we know it will allow us to deliver stellar service, and we’re not satisfied with anything less. If you’re looking for a true “day-of coordinator,” we’re probably not the right fit.
Yes, but…
Urban Denver weddings are our specialty and where we really shine. If you hire Hitched AF to plan your Denver wedding, you’ll benefit from our curated list of trusted local vendors and our extensive list of venues to fit any vibe. But if you’re dreaming of a wedding in the mountains or out-of-state, and you know you want to work with Hitched AF, inquire and let’s chat!
We have no idea how much a wedding costs. Do you require that we have a certain amount in our budget in order to work with you?
Definitely not! We’ve planned weddings for $20k and we’ve planned weddings for $100k+. There are so many factors that go into determining your wedding budget - guest count, location, time of year, day of the week, your priorities, etc. - so we don’t like to limit ourselves to a specific dollar amount. Instead, we find it works best to have a frank conversation about budget during our “fit check” call so that we can give you a realistic idea of what your budget will get you.
We can also give suggestions on how to make your budget stretch further (hint: limit your guest count. Rita from Accounting won’t be offended if she doesn’t get an invite, we promise.) On the other hand, if you have a 7-figure budget, we’re also probably not the right fit, but we can point you in the direction of a luxury planner that might be!
We want to handle most of the planning ourselves, but we could use some extra support throughout the process. Do you offer anything in between Full Service Planning and Wedding Management?
We don’t have a “partial planning” package like many planning companies offer, but we have a whole menu of add-on services that you can add to your Wedding Management package if you need additional planning support.
Many of our Wedding Management clients have taken advantage of our hourly Wedding Planning Consultation calls where we can discuss anything from venues to selecting vendors to creating a cohesive event design. We’ve found this gives our clients more flexibility to tailor the service to their exact needs, instead of a pre-built partial planning package.
